With digital marketing, ADC’s ultimate intention therefore, is to increase customer business leads through targeted / segmented engagements with the consumer resulting in increased sales, customer satisfaction, scores and retention. Africa Distribution Company Ltd also has a Digital Advertising and Marketing contract with Housing Finance Uganda Limited where ADC provides digital content for the HEB digital content repository, enhancement of Online Engagement through HFB Social Media platforms, Online Syndicates and enabling HEB Live events countrywide. ADC has also proposed reporting metrics to HFB in order to determine the extent to which each social media channel deployed is generating desired results, allowing for better decision making. These inputs are currently being used in the overall Digital Strategy that HFB is developing for the upcoming period.
